About these terms
These terms govern your use of Droprly, a social media content service operated by Protech Digital Media Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using Droprly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service
Droprly provides a monthly done-for-you social media content service. Upon purchase, we generate a content pack for your business using artificial intelligence and deliver it to your inbox. Each pack includes social media posts, Instagram captions, AI image prompts, an SEO blog post and a Google Business post, all written specifically for your business based on the information you provide.
Content is generated using the Anthropic Claude API. While we take care to produce relevant, natural-sounding content, we cannot guarantee any specific business outcome from using the content.
Your account and subscription
When you purchase a Droprly plan, you are responsible for providing accurate business information so that your content pack is relevant and useful. Inaccurate information may result in content that does not reflect your business well.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. The Starter plan is a one-time monthly purchase with no commitment. The Growth and Pro plans require a minimum 3 month commitment, after which they roll monthly until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@droprly.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable plan fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to your content pack may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Content ownership
The content we generate for your business is yours to use however you wish, including on social media, your website, in print, and elsewhere. You are free to edit, adapt or repurpose it.
We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our content generation service for our own marketing purposes, but will never identify your business or share your specific content without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Droprly to generate content that is:
- Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory
- Misleading or deceptive to consumers
- In breach of any applicable advertising standards
- Spam or unsolicited communications
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service to any business that we believe is using Droprly for purposes that are harmful, unethical or in breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Droprly provides a content generation service. We are not responsible for any business outcomes, losses or damages arising from your use of the content we produce. The content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Droprly will not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes to the service
We may update, modify or discontinue the Droprly service at any time. If we make significant changes that affect your subscription, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Droprly after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
